Brianna told us that we should show some footwork drills. Cool, let’s do it. When we set up the video shoot on the court and she started with the drills, I was like wow I need to get into better shape. Each one of the drills in the video are first-takes! It’s clear she has been playing tennis since she was very little. Apparently, we should all be able to these too with a little practice and not only will they improve your tennis leg-work but your overall health for any sport. Take it away Brianna.
